A proven track record

We have a built proven track record working with Support Coordinators to deliver consistent, high quality support services. For us it comes down to three things:

Applying our experience

Providing excellent support services is about developing strong relationships. Our trained, dedicated staff have wide-ranging interests, hobbies and life experiences that allow them to personally engage with participants.

Making it personal

Our services have been designed to support each participant in driving their own journey. Everything we do relates back to our participant’s objectives and desired outcomes.

Consistency in all areas

We don’t just provide a service; we provide a commitment. We are a key part of our participant’s support team (and cheer squad!). A reliable, friendly face who’s always there in support.

How we work

Every participant has individual goals, so we will design our service program around the objectives of your particular care plan. Your DS2U Support Manager becomes a single point of contact for all communication with a regular review progress to ensure we are exceeding participant expectations.
